The design process begins with thorough research and discovery to understand project requirements and client needs. Our team then brainstorm and ideate, creating concepts and refining them into actual design elements. Feedback from clients or stakeholders drives iterations and revisions until the final design is approved. After finalization, I prepare files for production and implementation across various platforms. Evaluation post-implementation helps gather insights for future improvements, highlighting the importance of communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving throughout the process.

One of the challenges faced in my role working with the REMI Show is the time crunch that occurs as the event approaches the big day. This requires careful planning, prioritization, and efficient time management to ensure that all design tasks, including creating visuals, marketing materials, and environmental graphics, are completed on schedule. Additionally, maintaining open communication with the team and stakeholders is crucial to address any last-minute changes or additions while staying focused on delivering high-quality design solutions within the constrained timeline.

Every year working on this event, I enhanced my ability to interpret and integrate industry-specific themes and aesthetics into design solutions. Additionally, collaborating with stakeholders and receiving constructive feedback improved my communication and interpersonal skills.
